• Access to a registered nurse with physician backup for telephone advice during and after office hours

• Access to medical records via MyChart
• All visits will be with Dr. Poole or a covering pediatrician

Our office hours are 8:30 to 4:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are closed from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. for lunch. A pediatrician is available to see ill patients on Thursdays. We offer Saturday morning appointments for sick visits with Dr. Poole or the pediatrician on call. A pediatric nurse line (with a physician from our call group as backup) is available for concerns that arise after our business hours.
